Merida's new "All-Mountain Sport" product famliy owns its name to the fact that these bikes convince in nearly every imaginable situation - from marathon racing to crossing of the Alps. Great for all those preferring pedalling rather than being their own mechanics: Easy does it - just get into the saddle and ride!
As trusty companions, the new ONE-TWENTYs are forgiving and very versatile all-rounders. Nevertheless, they also show an extremely sportive character if dersired. No-frills, but pure quality - effectively double-supported by 120 mm front and rear suspension travel.
Prolite 66 Triple butted
MERIDA's Top-Alloy made of 6066 high-strength aluminum, with triple butted walls.
Smooth welding
Smoothened welding line by using specific welding technology - improved outlook, without any weakening of the welding structure
HFS Hydro Forming System
Through an delicate, hydraulic forced forming process 3-dimensional shaped tubes made of Prolite 66 alloy.
Egg shaped head tube
Egg-shaped head-tube with semi integrated bearings and bigger dimensions at the tube's centre - for an optimim in head-tube stiffness.
Lock out
Device to lock the suspension (fork and/or rear-shock) through switching a lever, being located directly at the fork-crown or shock.
